PROJECT UPDATE: SAINT MARY'S GUEST HOUSE

This construction project consists of completely renovating Saint Mary's Health Care's current three-story Guest House. The Guest House is being updated for extended stays by families of patients at the hospital. Bids have been taken, and abatement and demolition activities have started.

Renovations include the construction of a new one-story lobby, all new guest rooms, finishes, new windows, electrical, HVAC system (new steam and chilled water), an elevator to service all three floors plus the basement level, and various site improvements.

This will be a LEED-certified project.
