KROC COMMUNITY CENTER AWARDED GOLD CERTIFICATION

Congratulations to The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center for receiving Gold Certification from the United States Green Building Council!

The certification program is a national rating system for buildings designed, constructed and operated for improved environmental and human health performance. It emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies in sustainable site development, energy savings, water savings, materials and resources selection, and indoor environmental quality.

Erhardt is proud to be part of the team that achieved Gold certification for our client.

ERHARDT RECEIVES COTY AWARD

Erhardt Construction was honored with a top three finish at this year's Contractor of the Year (COTY) awards program. The COTY award is given by the American Subcontractors Association of Michigan and recognizes construction managers and general contractors who exhibit best practices, professionalism, and collaboration with its membership. This is the second year for the COTY awards program and the second year that Erhardt placed in the top three.

The COTY award is unique in that it recognizes the actions and efforts of everyone in the company. We give a sincere thank you to the American Subcontractors Association of Michigan and all of our staff.

ERHARDT CONSTRUCTION ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF MARC FELT

Erhardt Construction is pleased to announce that Marc Felt, LEED-AP has been promoted to Project Manager.

Locally, Marc has managed construction at several projects, including Holland Home's Breton Terrace and Breton Ridge senior living communities, the Grand Valley Regional Biosolids Authority Dewatering facility, and the Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center. Since joining Erhardt in 2006, Marc has been involved in many projects that draw on his management expertise and broad construction knowledge base.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Ferris State University and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED-Accredited Professional.

ERHARDT HONORED WITH APWA AWARD

Erhardt Construction is honored to receive the Project Of The Year award for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements project constructed for the City of Big Rapids, Michigan. The award was presented by the American Public Works Association-Michigan Chapter and recognized the work of the project team.
